This bed component swivels 360 degrees on top of a heavy duty hydraulic pump. The back seat cushion is designed to lie flat or be adjusted upward to an 80 degree angle. The foot cushion will adjust from 0 degrees to 45 degrees downward. For easy transitioning, it has fully removable arms, which snap in place. The pillow fits comfortably in a facial cut-out hole, for multi-use.
